How do you know whether you can trust the things you see online? I was so lucky to spend much of 2024 working on this question from a number of angles with some truly brilliant people at Google, and presenting our POV, captured in our white paper, to lawmakers and industry groups around the world.
What does AI mean for writing and content design?
Is AI coming for our jobs, or freeing us up so we have more time to focus on strategic work? I was invited to share my thoughts on this juicy topic on two occasions: on a panel at a UX Content Design NYC event and on the 100th episode of the Writers in Tech podcast.
